Don Burrows

I am a first-time author. Unfortunately, during the process I kind of lost sight of it and my error caused Barb additional time and work.

I don't mind admitting that I felt pretty dumb, but to Jim and Barb, two people who have seen it all, my mountain was just a little speed bump.

In no time at all they had rectified my error, billed me gently, and got me back on track. It was good to put myself in their capable and caring hands.
